01 How should I price nail services?
Most salons price by service type and length, with add-ons (removal, paraffin wax, scrub, cuticle treatment) layered on top. The Quotify nail salon template handles all the standard services (classic and gel manicures, BIAB, acrylic full set, pedicures, mani+pedi combos) with length and nail art as multipliers on the base.

02 How do I price nail art without listing every possible design?
Tier it. The template includes a 'Nail art' radio with four practical tiers: none/plain colour, simple accent (1–2 nails), all nails detailed, and premium/3D/chrome. Each tier adds to the total, and customers self-select the level that matches their inspiration photo. Saves the back-and-forth of 'how much for these?' with an Instagram screenshot.

03 What about removals — should they always be a paid add-on?
Charging for removal is industry standard and the template includes it as a checkbox add-on with its own price. The structure also supports waiving the fee for new clients or as part of a loyalty perk if you want, just leave the price field blank or use conditional logic on the field.

04 Can I book in mobile work and salon work from the same form?
Yes. Add a 'Service location' question (in salon / at your home) and apply a travel surcharge for mobile bookings. Or, if mobile is a meaningfully different audience, you might prefer a separate form so the mobile pricing isn't anchored against your salon rates.

05 Do I need a website to use this template?
No. Most independent nail salons win bookings via Instagram, Treatwell, Fresha and word-of-mouth. You can share the form link in your bio, DMs or email. If you have a website or a Linktree, it embeds in either with one paste.
